SHIPPING:
We ship via Canada Post within 24-48 hours of confirmation of payment received. Shipping notification and tracking information will be provided via email. All items ship from Canada. Canadians pay no duty charges or import fees.
NOTE: WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INVALID ADDRESSES OR SHIPMENTS MARKED "RETURN TO SENDER" BY SHIPPING COMPANIES. While we do our best to validate all addresses before shipping, we cannot be held responsible for orders sent back to us for this reason.
DAMAGES:
Please note all items are quality tested and checked before shipping. Items are well protected and sent in strong cartons for shipping. If an item is damaged in shipping, please contact us via email immediately (service@tinselmagicimports.com). We will require a photo(s) of the damaged item and shipping carton be sent to us via email before processing your claim.
RETURNS:
All sales are final. We stand by the beauty and quality of all our items, and ask that you please contact us via email with any questions you may have before placing your order.
